Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering essential information about clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources to inform treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups through evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement dynamic and personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and interventions, critically assessing and adjusting plans as needed.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, including performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to protect clients during critical moments.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive groups that foster community and connection among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
