Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, enabling counselors to maintain a work-life balance while serving clients in an outpatient setting. The flexible schedule allows professionals to work within standard business hours, facilitating therapy during the day from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, without requiring evening or weekend work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing strong rapport and professional relationships with clients while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and address any concerns that arise.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of each client’s treatment progress and maintain progress notes as required by organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatment options.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the comprehensive care and support of clients.

• Exhibit a commitment to personal and professional growth to adapt to the evolving landscape of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. As an LPC at our center, you will be equipped to work compassionately and effectively with individuals undergoing significant life transitions or dealing with traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation that is unrestricted, independent, current, and active in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available based on performance and contribution to the organization.
