Skilled Nursing Facility Speech & Language Pathology - Anoka, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience with early childhood (birth to 5 years) populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Background in delivering SLP services within schools or home settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with young children and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
• Deliver a mix of in-person and teletherapy sessions as appropriate
• Facilitate home visits and provide parent coaching to encourage carryover
• Collaborate with teachers, early interventionists, and family members to create supportive environments
