Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to serve the distinct needs and goals of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention for clients encountering acute mental health challenges, providing immediate support and de-escalation techniques to ensure their safety.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records including treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments, adhering to both ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on various mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and resources within the community, advocating for clients' needs when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• At least two years of related experience in a mental health setting is mandated.
