Police Officers report to the shift Sergeant and are responsible for the day-to-day law enforcement, community policing and security service delivery for the assigned shift. Officers are often tasked with solving complex community problems or conducting all aspects of investigations.

Qualifications Preference will be given to those with a Full-Time Law Enforcement certification from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy (certified out of state candidates may be considered for a waiver); Maine Pre-Service Law Enforcement academy candidates may also be considered. Required:

- Valid Class C Maine driver's license
