Business Development Manager
$85k - $120kHirose Electric Co., Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop new markets for our cutting-edge connector solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This role is pivotal in strengthening Hirose Electric's position as a leader in the electronics industry by expanding our client base and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronics market.
- Formulate strategic sales plans to enhance company revenue.
- Negotiate and close agreements with potential clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities including market analysis, growth opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, and training workshops to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Hirose Electric's products and services.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the electronics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software to track engagements and revenues.
