Regenerative Medical Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to join our dynamic outpatient team in Savannah, Georgia. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide essential mental health support to children and adolescents in a remote setting. Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be conducted remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office team. Our operational hours run Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts that may be scheduled as needed to accommodate patient care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their needs and establishing effective treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized therapy sessions based on research-backed methodologies and therapeutic practices that suit developmental stages and socio-environmental factors.

• Provide diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family therapy, to address a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure that treatment plans align with an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies during emergencies involving mental health distress in minors, ensuring immediate and reflective support.

• Educate families on mental health conditions, available treatments, and local community resources to encourage informed decision-making and active participation in care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation according to legal and ethical standards in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input during case consultations to foster teamwork and share insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in child and adolescent mental health.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatments and a solid understanding of child and adolescent psychological disorders are critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n
