Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing established clinical methodologies to accurately formulate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care tailored specifically to your clients' needs.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, demonstrating empathy and effective de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and stability.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering strictly to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, available community resources, and advocate for their needs, empowering them with knowledge and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, reflecting the rich diversity of Lowell, Massachusetts. Your role is pivotal in providing culturally competent care that respects and understands these differences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
