Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth client assessments and evaluations to determine mental health needs and challenges faced by students.

• Develop and implement individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on behavioral and emotional issues within an educational context.

• Apply effective behavioral intervention strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to assist students in coping with stress, anxiety, and other challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to engage with diverse client populations, ensuring culturally competent service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with students from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
