Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is hiring an evening Housekeeper to clean our beautiful clubhouse Our clubhouse is large. Requires round the clock cleaning from the: restaurants, banquet/event rooms, fitness center, locker rooms, restrooms, & all common areas member/guest use. Qualified candidates must have a passion for cleaning & be physically able to meet the duties assigned. Spend your evenings in an enjoyable atmosphere with a great group of people from our members to our staff! Job Type Full-time year-round Shifts start at 6pm and go until job is done anywhere between 5-to-7-hour shifts. We are looking for motivated housekeepers to join our team focused on offering superior service in a world-class facility. The Club Housekeeper position is responsible for ensuring the member experience exceeds expectations in the areas of clubhouse cleanliness and attention to detail. Successful candidates must have a passion for the hospitality industry, commitment to excellence, great communication skills, strong work ethic, and understand the importance of teamwork. Responsibilities Duties Include: Clean all guest and employee common areas such as the break rooms, dining rooms, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, fitness center, and locker rooms. Ensure that cleanliness and condition of each area meets club standards. Ensure all club house supplies are properly stocked and organized. Empty and clean all waste receptacles and transport to dumpsters or appropriate recycling container. Perform a variety of housekeeping functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, as well as other functions not listed. Perform a variety of laundry functions such as sorting, washing, and pressing linens, as well as sorting, and stocking club house towels. Check housekeeping storage closets, carts, and caddies for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness, and mechanical problems. Correct any deficiencies. Complete daily housekeeping in a timely manner. Notify Housekeeping Manager of any areas not completed. Follow proper procedures when handling chemicals and equipment. Help to maintain facilities and equipment are always in their best working condition. Report any equipment deficiencies to the Housekeeping Manager. Ensure all interactions with members are in a highly professional and efficient manner. Keeping in mind the highest level of confidentiality and respect for residents, members, guests, and staff. Report any maintenance issues, property damages, or safety issues immediately to the Housekeeping Manager. Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member owned country club with over 900 members.
