This full-time position allows for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while providing essential mental health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients. Develop personalized treatment plans that engage therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals and groups, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. This ensures that clients receive well-rounded support across various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals in multidisciplinary teams, providing case consultation and working together to coordinate care that addresses social determinants of health impacting our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Other relevant credentials such as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) may also be accepted.

Compensation and Benefits\n
