Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client’s goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at fostering open communication and resolving interpersonal challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and compassionate support.

• Keep meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress tracking, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
