Key Responsibilities\n

• Track client progress meticulously, utilizing metrics that inform necessary adjustments in treatment approaches for optimal outcomes.

• Stay current with advancements in treatment techniques and research on mood disorders, integrating new insights into treatment practices where applicable.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold ethical standards in our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders including CBT and DBT.

• A foundational understanding of psychopharmacology along with an aptitude for effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

• A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders.

• Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with a wide variety of clients.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
