Administrative Assistant

Administrative Support

Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. 2-4 years experience required. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as travel and expense reporting and general office duties. Primary responsibilities include processing travel and expenses, with a focus on processing expenses using Concur software (experience with Concur is a plus). Some scanning of receipts will be needed, so experience with a scanner is needed. Other tasks involve general administrative and reception duties, working with various levels of staff across the bank, and ensuring clear communication. There may be times when moving boxes up to 25 lbs during file cleanups. Professional communication skills needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
