Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs during initial intake sessions and follow-up appointments, utilizing video technology to ensure accessibility.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and recovery goals, rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention techniques, adjusting strategies as needed based on client feedback and progress.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating their access to resources, treatment options, and support systems that align with their journey towards recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and substance use challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Salvation Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per annum , dependent on your experience and level of expertise.
