Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote framework, allowing you to work from anywhere while connecting directly with clients via our telehealth platform. You will have flexibility in managing your work schedule, primarily working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide demographic, including individuals, families, and groups, each with unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in addressing these diverse concerns, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and helping them develop coping strategies for better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating competency in individual and group therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Basic familiarity with electronic health record systems; experience with telehealth technology is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
