Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, maintaining a high standard of ethical and compassionate care.

• Utilizing evidence-based solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans designed to align with each client’s specific goals, maintaining their autonomy and individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adult clients facing a variety of mental health concerns. Our focus is on those who can benefit from therapeutic solutions that improve their daily functioning and quality of life. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, displaying empathy, patience, and excellent communication.
\n
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following attributes will be prioritized:

Compensation and Benefits\n

White Way Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
