A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist, providing rewarding school-based services in an environment focused on student growth and success. Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas SLP license required
• Valid Arkansas Teaching Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in school-based therapy or pediatric care highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist in eligibility determinations
• Participate in the development, implementation, and review of IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic achievement and address communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and IEP goals
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students
