Make a difference in the lives of children by working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive and collaborative school setting near Jacksonville, AR. This contract position offers you the chance to deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students, working full time across five days each week, while enjoying flexibility in your workdays and a close-knit staff environment.

You’ll assess and provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to pediatric students, collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote growth and success in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas SLP license
• Arkansas Teaching Certification
• Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
• Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy individually or in groups, adapting methods to meet students’ needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Support student progress and participate in ongoing professional development
