Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while still being connected to our supportive team in Eugene. Our outpatient settings are designed to be culturally inclusive and collaborative, ensuring that each therapist can work effectively with their unique patient populations. Working hours are typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive mental health care and ensure coordinated treatment efforts.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and a solid grasp of evidence-based treatment approaches, alongside expertise in cultural competence.
