Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and health screenings to diagnose conditions effectively.
• Evaluate, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and referrals when necessary.
• Develop and implement innovative health promotion programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellness and productivity.
• Collaborate with employers, human resources, and safety teams to ensure strict adherence to occupational health regulations and standards.
• Provide education regarding injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and various health-related topics to both employees and management.
• Maintain meticulous medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard employee health information.
• Participate in workplace hazard assessments and assist in devising evidence-based strategies for risk reduction.
• Stay informed on the latest occupational health guidelines, practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure optimal care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your capacity as a Nurse Practitioner, you will focus on a diverse patient population that includes employees across various industries. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner certification and possess an active state nursing license.
