About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a  Medical Office located in  Olympia, WA, to fill a  Part Time Receptionist role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing team in a  busy medical office.

This position is  Evaluation-to-Hire,  with a consistent schedule of  Monday-Thursday , from 11AM-6PM . Compensation starts at $21/hr .

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling
• Answering phone calls
• Check in and check out
• Retail sales of supplements as recommended by the doctor
• Working with their patient software to document as needed

What You Bring:

• 6 months of experience in an office environment, ideally in a medical office setting
• Multi- Line Phone system experience
• Customer services experience
• Pass background check
