Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, employing diverse therapeutic modalities according to the specific psychological and emotional needs identified during assessments.

• Complete thorough and timely documentation processes encompassing billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to all regulatory timelines.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, including crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that promote ongoing stability and well-being.

• Formulate effective discharge plans that support clients in transitioning to self-sufficiency and independent functioning.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and our internal policies to ensure best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in continual professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge within mental health counseling.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to a broader understanding of client care among the team.

• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training to ensure that your practice remains current and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, aligning with your licensure and experience.
