Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LMFT at Mindful Retreat, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a client-centered approach to meet specific therapeutic goals.

• Assessing clients' mental health needs thoroughly and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with client objectives.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster progress.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide well-rounded care, including regular consultations and case management discussions.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work or therapy services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
