Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Harmony Fields Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions that cater to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique challenges and relationship dynamics.

• Performing thorough assessments of clients' mental health and relational needs to develop personalized, actionable treatment plans.

• Implementing an array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help clients achieve their specific goals.

• Collaborating with your colleagues—other therapists, case managers, and mental health professionals—to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in all areas of their lives.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation reflecting client progress and treatment effectiveness in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with various presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts.
