Ihre Aufgaben Aufbau, Entwicklung und Pflege strategischer Beziehungen zu industriellen OEMs (Europa, Fokus Deutschland) Steuerung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Ausschreibungen mit OEMs Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Produktzulassungen / Homologationen Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen (Technologien, Trends, OEM-Anforderungen) Koordination und Begleitung von Tests, Feldversuchen und Freigabeprozessen Positionierung als technischer Experte für industrielle Schmierstoffe Unterstützung Business Development (First-Fill, Genuine Oil, Marktentwicklung) Identifikation direkter und indirekter Vertriebspotenziale Stärkung Markenbekanntheit auf OEM-Ebene (Seminare, Präsentationen) Planung, Budgetierung und KPI-Reporting im internationalen Kontext Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Langjährige Erfahrung (>12 Jahre) im Bereich Schmierstoffe / Industrie Erfahrung in technischem Vertrieb, Zulassungsprozessen und Marktanalyse Stark ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten Hohe Koordinationsfähigkeit im internationalen Matrixumfeld Teamorientierung, Durchsetzungsstärke, Resilienz und Eigeninitiative Praxiserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld mit Kunden- und Marktverständnis Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil Wir bieten Attraktive Vergütung Zukunftssicherer und moderner Arbeitsplatz Urlaubsgeld 13.
