Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to comprehensively determine clients' mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide timely crisis intervention and management for clients experiencing urgent mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adult clients grappling with diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude when engaging with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are crucial for managing a diverse caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board is required.
