As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to provide care from your own space while remaining connected with our supportive team. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to coordinate ongoing care and support.

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification processes and manage utilization reviews, ensuring clients receive the services they need.

• Participate in the planning of discharge and aftercare options, helping clients transition smoothly from formal treatment settings.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, effectively modeling healthy relationships with food, which is crucial for clients dealing with eating disorders or similar challenges.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care, deeply attuned to each client's intersecting identities and their impact on mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
