Our client, a leading global law firm in Boston, is seeking a Business Development Manager to partner with attorneys and practice leaders on strategic business development and marketing initiatives. Legal Business Development Manager Our client, a leading global law firm in Boston, is seeking a Business Development Manager to partner with attorneys and practice leaders on strategic business development and marketing initiatives. This position will pay between $130-190K based on experience and fit Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for assigned practices. Identify new business, growth, and cross-selling opportunities. Lead and support RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Develop marketing materials, practice content, and business plans. Conduct market and competitive research. Support attorney rankings, events, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives. Partner with attorneys, PR, marketing, and firm leadership on strategic initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of business development/marketing experience in a LAW FIRM — law firm experience is required. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven ability to partner effectively with attorneys and senior leadership. Strong communication, project management, organizational, and client-service skills.
