Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and history.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that are tailored to individual clients, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions while establishing therapeutic goals and objectively monitoring clients' progress.

• Utilize teletherapy options to enhance service accessibility and respond to clients’ scheduling and mobility needs.

• Maintain detailed and ethical documentation of therapy sessions to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss treatment protocols and share insights on best practices for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Grace Counseling Services, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and a passion for helping individuals tounderstand and overcome their mental health challenges.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
\n
• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting, preferably providing therapy to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
