Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and structured interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and personal goals of each client, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing various mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with children, adolescents, and their families, providing support for a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Given the high acuity of cases, close and frequent monitoring of patients is paramount to effectively address their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT).
