Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations through interviews and standardized assessments to determine clients’ mental health status, strengths, and challenges. Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups across various age ranges. Employ evidence-based practices tailored to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Create personalized, client-centered treatment plans that reflect each individual’s goals and needs. Regularly monitor client progress, providing modifications to treatment approaches as required for effective management and support.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to share insights and create comprehensive treatment strategies. Coordinate with community resources to facilitate necessary referrals and interventions.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain precise and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Advocacy and Community Engagement: Actively promote clients’ rights and access to mental health services within the community. Engage in outreach programs that enhance mental health awareness and contribute to destigmatizing mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support a diverse and dynamic client population struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, are crucial. Candidates must be proficient in computer systems relevant to documentation and teletherapy.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with integrating trauma-informed care into practices is highly valued.
