Adobe Marketing Technology Expert for AI Training

Apply enterprise marketing technology expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through realistic workflow testing, evaluation, and practitioner feedback. Role Overview This remote contract role focuses on customer-centered enterprise marketing operations. No prior AI experience is required, your professional marketing technology knowledge is the core qualification. Key Responsibilities Test, validate, and provide feedback on simulated marketing technology workflows using Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and related platforms. Assess integrations between content, campaign management, analytics, and digital experience tools, identifying strengths, inefficiencies, and unrealistic outcomes. Document detailed observations on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience based on professional practice. Recommend process and workflow-design improvements grounded in real-world marketing and content operations. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and AI-driven errors in workflow outputs, and provide actionable feedback to support system training. Provide clear written input, participate in structured feedback cycles as requested, and evaluate tool connectors or workplace integrations relevant to marketing operations. Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Experience Cloud in enterprise marketing, campaign, content, or workflow operations. Ability to assess, critique, and optimize marketing technology workflows from an end-user or practitioner perspective. Deep knowledge of enterprise content, campaign, or digital experience management practices. Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish realistic workflow scenarios from theoretical ones. Experience documenting process feedback and workflow improvement recommendations for technical or AI-driven projects. Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho Campaigns and conversational AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus. Previous technology evaluation, testing, or feedback-assignment experience is helpful but not required. Work Terms Remote, contract engagement.
