Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insights into clients’ mental health histories, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to effectively address clients' issues.

• Craft and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, guiding clients in discussions that foster community support and develop coping strategies.

• Respond promptly to crises by conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring immediate support.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
