What You'll Do Run discovery and follow‑up meetings with prospective clients, presenting pricing and establishing undeniable value. Secure signed agreements, negotiate contract terms, and handle complex objections without flinching. Lead detailed intake calls to gather precise requirements for technical roles and coordinate seamlessly with our recruiting team. Influence hiring manager behavior, push stalled conversations forward, and create urgency where none exists. Manage and expand existing accounts to maximize lifetime value while generating your own outbound opportunities to supplement the pipeline. What You'll Bring A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within staffing, recruiting, IT, Managed Services, Industrial Equipment, or Commercial Insurance. The ability to hold your ground when discussing money, defending premium pricing, and navigating complex client dynamics. High ownership, high urgency, and a competitive mindset to push deals across the finish line.
