Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans.

• Complete critical documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes and improve service effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with various teams and programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that all practices meet the necessary standards and regulations.

• Serve as a conduit for communication and cooperation among relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote the organization's mission within the community.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to foster collaboration, identify new partners, and explore potential funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant conferences, workshops, and committees to enhance expertise.

• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy while performing additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with Catalina Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing behavioral health challenges, including those dealing with emotional distress, substance use disorders, and individuals with varying levels of capacity due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in good standing is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
