Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Deliver teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to mental health care regardless of geographical or mobility barriers.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training programs to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in related fields is a prerequisite, with a master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology preferred.
