In this role, you'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, support financial reporting, assist with budgeting processes, and help ensure accurate financial records. - Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and support cash management activities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Monitor costs and assist with cost management initiatives
- Provide financial support for e-commerce operations and online sales channels
- Track inventory-related financial transactions and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to support long-term business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience supporting e-commerce or inventory-based businesses is a plus
- Promotional products industry experience is an asset but not required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional integrity and commitment to confidentiality
