What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash management activities
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Monitor costs and assist with cost management initiatives
• Provide financial support for e-commerce operations and online sales channels
• Track inventory-related financial transactions and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with leadership to support long-term business growth

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience supporting e-commerce or inventory-based businesses is a plus
• Promotional products industry experience is an asset but not required

Skills & Abilities

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
