About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Brand Strategy to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development of breakthrough brand strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. This role is all about solving business problems, uncovering insights that matter, and turning complex scientific and market data into clear, compelling narratives. The VP, Brand Strategy will be a trusted strategic partner to clients, facilitating workshops, and bringing a clear point of view backed by evidence. They will also be responsible for shaping brand positioning, messaging, and communications across the product lifecycle, and for building modern, connected strategies that elevate the work and the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand strategy or planning within an agency environment, with a focus on pharma, biotech, or healthcare marketing. A strategic thinker and natural storyteller, the VP, Brand Strategy will be deeply curious about human behavior and adept at crafting narratives that spark ideas. They should be a collaborative leader, comfortable with the scientific aspects of the industry, and dedicated to making a real impact. The role requires a professional with approximately 8 years' experience, a strong understanding of clinical data, competitive landscapes, and HCP or patient dynamics, and a proven track record of delivering insight-driven, creatively inspiring, and strategically sound work.
