Work Environment\n

In this remote outpatient role, you will join a collaborative team of professionals including educators, therapists, and other mental health practitioners. This flexible work setting allows for a blend of in-office collaboration and the autonomy of remote service delivery, ensuring that our team remains connected while attending to the unique needs of our students and their families. The standard work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evenings and rotating weekends required as we ensure comprehensive support to our students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of students.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various special needs categories, focusing on personal growth and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing tools for coping strategies and social skills development.
\n
• Participate actively in crisis intervention and offer support during mental health emergencies.

• Provide psychoeducation sessions for students and their families regarding mental health conditions and available resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in team meetings and case conferences to stay aligned with other professionals and contribute to continuous improvement in care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on assisting students with varied special needs including ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, and emotional and behavioral disorders. You will have the responsibility to build therapeutic relationships with children and their families, ensuring that their unique challenges are understood and addressed holistically.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas is a must.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and trauma-informed care practices.

• Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health, specifically within a school or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
