This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. Our counselors work primarily through telehealth platforms, which allows for effective therapeutic engagement with clients in the comfort of their own homes. We emphasize a balanced work-life experience, encouraging therapists to prioritize self-care while remaining committed to their patients. Regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, provide a framework for service delivery, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique situation, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Keep up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal/ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide cohesive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing care quality through collaborative discussions.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, reinforcing a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
