Work Environment\n

This position is remote, offering you the flexibility to provide therapy within a supportive framework from your home or a location of your choice. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respectfully consider each patient’s cultural background to inform tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• A deep understanding of a range of mental health disorders coupled with effective, evidence-based treatment methods.

• Experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy, alongside a strong commitment to patient-centered approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a track record of maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in connecting with diverse patience, fostering trust, and building rapport.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and related technology.
\n
