Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments that evaluate the emotional, psychological, and medical factors affecting patients’ wellbeing.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address the complexities of co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions, ensuring that all aspects of patient health are considered.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes, effectively communicating progress and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and facilitating immediate care as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrable experience in working with individuals facing co-occurring medical and mental health challenges.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insight Therapies & Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
