Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' backgrounds and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, customized to meet the individual needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing coping skills and overall mental resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, including during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources to promote understanding and awareness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient information is handled with the utmost care.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions focused on enhancing cultural competency knowledge.

• Stay updated on current research and innovations in mental health therapy, continuously improving the quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment methodologies, particularly in working with diverse populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic and non-judgmental care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
