Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R) in New York State.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities that reflect cultural competency.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, applying culturally responsive methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
