Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide timely and precise documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all clinical records are maintained to the highest standard.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools during client evaluations to guide appropriate therapeutic interventions, collaborating closely with the clinical team.

• Design and implement positive behavior support plans in partnership with other team members, aimed at enhancing client well-being and safeguarding their emotional health.

• Engage in continuous professional development and actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMHC will include working with a diverse clientele, from adults dealing with emotional distress to individuals in recovery from substance use issues. Clients may also include those with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Your compassionate approach will be essential in building rapport quickly, allowing you to effectively support clients in their journey towards recovery and sustained wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting.
