Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, emphasizing ethical practice and compassion.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively reflect the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing an array of mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping them build resilience and enhance their overall quality of life through skill development and therapeutic guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license, including: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must demonstrate a clean disciplinary history.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a sympathetic nature and a strong commitment to client welfare.

• Proficient computer literacy with access to a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.
\n
• Access to a dependable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 based on hours worked and competency.
