Facility Service Accounts Receivable Administrator

Summary of Job:

Provide internal and external customer assistance for uncollected debts by maintaining accounts receivable records for assigned areas (i.e., Alabama, Bowling Green, Upper Cumberland and Franklin service areas).

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Associates Degree or 2 year degree program in Accounting preferred
• 2 or more years related experience
• A working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with an ability to be trained to use company specific applications and software

Skills and Abilities:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to establish priorities regarding time sensitive assignments
• Excellent bookkeeping, recording and computational skills
• Advanced Organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team member and follow little or own self direction
• Professional phone demeanor
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle money responsibly
• Must be skilled at computing, compiling, tabulating, charting and reviewing supporting data to derive conclusions
