Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct individual and group therapy to clients, ensuring that you deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with agency policies and licensing regulations to reflect progress and treatment plans.

• Actively engage in treatment team meetings, providing consultancy and contributing to comprehensive patient treatment plans that address both clinical needs and social determinants of health.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Proven success in delivering effective outcomes in mood disorder treatments.

• Exceptional communication skills paired with the capacity to cultivate rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
