Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and communication while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, address challenges, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments for all clients.

• Provide weekly individual psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive guidance on diverse cases.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, encompassing individuals and families navigating an array of mental health challenges. Our clients include adults facing stress, anxiety, and depression, children dealing with behavioral issues, and families seeking support in improving their overall dynamics. The counselor's role is crucial in promoting resilience and facilitating positive outcomes for these individuals as they engage with their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
